Analyse PCR products or restriction enzyme fragments in as little as 20 minutes. The base is UV transparent to permit viewing and monitoring on a transilluminator in situ. It is designed to operate in either analytical mode for a maximum 2 x 16 samples (1 - 20ml) or as a preparative tool for fewer, larger volume samples (4 - 8) accommodating as much as 100ml of sample in a single slot. The 50ml of agarose gel is poured directly into the tray and requires just 50ml buffer for running. Incredibly simple and effective to use.
